Open Scrimmages

Our open scrimmages are open to athletes in Grades 4-9. These sessions provide a space for players to compete, work on skills they may not always be able to explore within team settings, and play freely.
Athletes are encouraged to make mistakes, learn from them, get uncomfortable, and build confidence in a positive environment. The focus is on growth, competition, and enjoyment of the game, with a strong emphasis on respect and good energy in the gym.
*price is $20 per scrimmage*
